Refund Policy
Effective date: March 17, 2026
Overview
At AuditMyVibes we want you to feel confident subscribing to a paid plan. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which you may request a refund, the criteria we use to evaluate requests, and what to expect from the process.
The short version
Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of your initial payment for a new plan, provided you have not used any paid audits during that period. All refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval by our team - approval is not automatic or guaranteed.
This policy applies to paid subscription plans (Launch Pack, Pro, Team). The free plan involves no payment and is therefore not subject to this policy.
Eligibility
To be considered for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
First-time purchase only
The refund window applies to your first payment on a new plan. Renewals, mid-cycle upgrades, and repeat purchases of the same plan after a prior cancellation are not eligible.
Within 7 calendar days
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date. Requests received after this window will not be considered regardless of circumstances.
No paid audits used
You must not have consumed any paid audit credits (URL scans or repository audits) included in the plan. If any audits have been initiated or completed under the subscription, the request becomes ineligible.
Account in good standing
Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service. Accounts suspended or flagged for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
7-Day Request Window
The refund window opens at the moment your payment is confirmed and closes exactly 7 calendar days later, regardless of weekends or public holidays.
The window is strict.
Requests submitted on day 8 or later will not be accepted. We are unable to make exceptions to this deadline. If you are unsure whether you are within the window, email us at support@auditmyvibes.com and include your account email and the date of payment.
If you subscribed by mistake or changed your mind, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible within the 7-day period. Early requests are processed faster and give us more time to assist you.
Usage Policy
AuditMyVibes is a consumption-based service - when you run an audit, our systems perform real analysis work on your behalf. For this reason, refunds are only available when no audit credits have been consumed.
The following actions count as using the service and will make your request ineligible:
- Initiating a URL scan - even if the audit did not complete successfully
- Initiating a repository audit - even if it was later cancelled or failed
- Accessing or downloading any audit report generated under the subscription
- Triggering a re-scan on any existing project under the plan
We verify usage automatically from our system logs at the time of your request. You do not need to self-report usage - but please be aware that any misrepresentation of usage in a refund request will result in automatic denial and may lead to account suspension.

The free plan lets you run a URL scan and explore the dashboard before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use it to evaluate whether AuditMyVibes meets your needs before upgrading.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@auditmyvibes.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [your account email]".
Please include the following in your email:
- The email address registered to your AuditMyVibes account
- The date of payment and the plan you subscribed to
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Confirmation that you have not used any audits under the subscription
Requests made through any other channel - including in-app chat, social media, or third-party review platforms - will not be accepted. Email to the address above is the only valid method.
Approval Process
Receiving a refund request does not guarantee approval. Every request is reviewed individually by our team and is subject to our sole discretion.
Our review process includes:
- Verifying that the request was submitted within the 7-day window
- Checking system logs to confirm no paid audits were consumed
- Confirming the account is in good standing with no Terms of Service violations
- Reviewing the reason provided (if any) to determine if the request meets our guidelines
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days of receipt. Our response will either approve the refund, deny it with a reason, or request additional information.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Meeting the eligibility criteria increases the likelihood of approval but does not guarantee it. AuditMyVibes reserves the right to deny any refund request at its sole discretion, including in cases of repeated requests, suspected abuse, or where we determine approval would not be appropriate.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following are explicitly not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Subscription renewals - monthly renewals are charged automatically and are non-refundable
- Plan upgrades - mid-cycle upgrade charges are non-refundable
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has closed
- Subscriptions where one or more audits have been initiated or completed
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with audit findings or scores - we cannot guarantee specific results
- Technical issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g. your GitHub token being invalid, your URL being unreachable)
- Partial periods - we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
- Free plan - no payment is taken, so no refund applies
Processing & Timeline
If your refund is approved, the following applies:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon approval - you will lose access to paid features
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
- We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as account credit
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first - processing times vary. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@auditmyvibes.com.
