Terms of Service

By accessing or using AuditMyVibes ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us") at auditmyvibes.com, creating an account, or submitting any project for analysis, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organisation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AuditMyVibes is an automated analysis platform that helps developers and founders identify potential security vulnerabilities, performance issues, SEO problems, legal exposure, and code quality concerns in their web applications and code repositories.

The Service works by analysing publicly accessible URLs and - where you have explicitly connected a repository - reading source code files via the GitHub API. Analysis is performed using our proprietary automated tooling and produces a scored report with actionable findings.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

AuditMyVibes is a supportive tool, not a guarantee. By design, automated analysis cannot detect every class of vulnerability, bug, or issue that exists in a software application. The following limitations apply to all audit results:

• Automated analysis has inherent false negatives - issues that exist in your code may not be detected
• A high Ship Readiness score indicates that common, detectable patterns were not found - it does not certify that your application is secure
• Security is a continuous practice. New vulnerabilities are discovered daily. An audit result is a snapshot in time, not a permanent status
• The Service analyses code and URLs as provided. If your deployment differs from your repository, or if issues exist in infrastructure not visible to the analysis, they will not appear in results
• Logic flaws, business-layer vulnerabilities, and application-specific attack vectors typically require human expert review to identify
• Third-party dependencies, hosting configuration, database security, and operational practices are outside the scope of what the Service analyses
• Findings are provided as informational guidance only - you are responsible for evaluating, prioritising, and remediating issues in your own application

We strongly recommend that you treat AuditMyVibes as one layer of a broader security and quality strategy - not a replacement for manual code review, penetration testing, dependency management, security monitoring, and professional security consultation where appropriate.

AuditMyVibes shall not be held liable for any security incident, data breach, financial loss, regulatory penalty, or other harm arising from reliance on audit results. See the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections below.

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. By doing so, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You will keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You will notify us immediately at support@auditmyvibes.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit URLs or repositories that you do not own or have explicit authorisation to audit
• Use the Service to scan, probe, or gather information about systems or applications belonging to third parties without their written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the underlying analysis logic, algorithms, or any proprietary systems powering the Service
• Use the Service to facilitate, plan, or carry out any attack, exploit, or unauthorised access against any system - including systems you have audited through this platform
• Submit malicious code, payloads, or content designed to interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service outside of officially documented APIs
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute audit results or access to the Service without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That audit results will be accurate, complete, or exhaustive
• That findings, scores, or recommendations will prevent security incidents or ensure compliance with any standard or regulation
• That the Service will identify all vulnerabilities, bugs, or risks in your application

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuditMyVibes and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
• Damages arising from security breaches, data loss, or system compromise in your application - whether or not an audit was performed
• Damages arising from your reliance on, or failure to act upon, audit findings or recommendations
• Service interruptions, errors in analysis, or inaccuracies in reports
• Actions taken by third parties in relation to content you submit to or share from the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this page
• Post a notice in the app dashboard for signed-in users
• For material changes, send an email to the address on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
